Keysight N5247B PNA-X

The N5247B is a high-performance microwave network analyzer designed for comprehensive characterization of active and passive components across a frequency range of 10 MHz to 67 GHz. It is a 4-port instrument equipped with three internal sources.

Our tool integrates multiple functionalities, such as S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulators and generators, and a flexible set of switches and RF access points. This integration allows for a broad range of linear and nonlinear measurements, including gain compression, intermodulation distortion, and noise figure, all with a single connection to the device under test.
