HP4294A Impedance Analyzer
The 4294A precision impedance analyzer is an integrated solution for efficient impedance measurement and analysis of components and circuits. Calibration and error compensation functions are provided to eliminate measurement error factors when performing measurements on in-fixture devices.

Keysight DSOX4145A
The lab owns a number of 1.5 GHz, 4-analog-channel oscilloscopes, with nearly all software features enables, including an internal signal generator. AWG is possible up to 200 kHz, while 20 MHz sinewave or squarewave generation is also possible.
